There are stacks and stacks of empty drinks and cigarette butts between each slot machine, bottles and soda cups everywhere! Second of all, the slots are definetly rigged. First of all, the place is disgusting, it is filthy they need some serious help in the cleaning department. This was a mistake and it took me 5 visits to finally say never again. Again, I figured since Harrahs is so conveniently located to my house, I would give them a try. I have been going to AC twice a month and have never been happier with the exceptional service I receive at all of the Harrah's Properties. Because it was the first day, I understand that they are going to run into some problems, but it shouldn't of taken them 3 hours to help a Diamond Member. It took someone almost 2 hours to help me and then another hour to finally give me my money. I hit a machine for 1000 Quaters and the machine did not pay out. More than half the machines were broken and the staff was not willing to help in the situation. O.K, all the reviwers so far seem happy with Harrah's Chester! My question, WHY? I had VIP passes on the grand opening at Harrahs.
